Total Yarding:  3,299

Commentary

Numbers were down for a small yarding of 3299 mixed quality sheep and lambs. Prices fluctuated with quality seeing prime lines sell well in all categories while there was minimal demand for plain light stores. Limited numbers of heavy lambs sold to $111 while lighter weights fluctuated selling to feeder buyers and processors. Heavy mutton sold to $48 for ewes while 2 Merino wethers made $50/head.

Light weight lambs under 16kg cwt sold to $50 while weights under 18kg cwt sold from $40 to $75, trade weights returned $90 to $100 and heavy weights sold to $111 /head.

Whether hoggets sold from $10 to $40 while ewes made from $5 to $37/head.

Store ewes made from $1 to $25, medium weights sold to $41 with a fleece and heavy weights over 30kg cwt returned from $28 to $48/head. Mature rams sold from $5 up to $40 for younger types to processors.
