Commentary
A large yarding for the 2025 annual Nebo Weaner and feeder sale. Comprising of 507 Steers, 204 Heifers, 127 cows, 4 cows and calves totalling 845 head. The sale was firm. A good yarding of local cattle from the south and west with a high buyer attendance with 5 processors operating at the sale. Cows sat relatively firm to dearer. Heavy feeder steers sold firmly and Brahman feeder steers sold to a dearer trend. Weaner steers were firm throughout, with a mixture of condition. Crossbred feeder heifers held to relative markets with weaner heifers selling in line with other local central QLD markets within the area. Next sale is the Nebo Prime and store sale on the 9th of May. Bookings highly recommended.
