Dublin Cattle Report
Report Date: 23rd June 2026
Total Yarding: 700
Commentary
Pastoral store cattle again made up the bulk of the numbers as agents offered 700 liveweight and open auction cattle. The mostly younger cattle included steers , heifers and bulls consigned from Oakden Hills Station via Port Augusta in the North West Pastoral area. The usual trade and processor buyers operated on the limited slaughter cattle with feeders and restockers booking the balance. Prices were generally easier over the pastoral lots with the processor and butcher cattle mostly firm.
Trade heifers ranged 430c to 450c/kg. Restocker steers ranged from 490c to 570c with heifers selling from 420c to 490c/kg. Feeders steers sold from 520c to 530c with heifers fetching 420c to 490c/kg. Heavy cows sold from 310c to 362c as Mickey and yearling bulls sold from 382c to 610c/kg.
