Total yarding: 686

Agents Boyd O’Brien Bartholomew reported a yarding of 686 head of cattle. A good yarding of heavy pasture fed steers that sold to fully firm rates, with the leads of milk & 2 tooth steers returning $2700. Heavy cows and 4-6 tooth heifers sold in line with last week’s very strong rates. Another good yarding of vealer & yearling heifers came to hand and sold very well with processors and restockers both chasing quality young heifers that were on offer.
