Total yarding: 1,029

Agents Boyd O’Brien Bartholomew reported an increased yarding of 1029 head of cattle. Heavy feeder steers and quality restocker steers remained fully firm on last week’s strong rates. A large yarding of cows sold very well, the tops of the cows selling in line with current market trends. Heavy heifers and pasture steers sold above expectations. Pens of vealer & yearling heifers sold well but slightly easier for the less sort after types.
