Commentary

The Nebo Combined Agents yarded 814 head for Friday the 6th of December 2024 for the final Nebo sale of the year, comprising of 27 Cows, 439 Steers, 339 Heifers & 9 Bulls/Micks. Buyers attended from the Southwest of the Sate as well as strong competition from Central Queensland feed lotters & our local graziers. The market sold firm to dearer on Steers with quality lines of cattle being rewarded. The top of the feeder Steer section reached $4.12/kg. Light restocker Heifers seen strong competition to reach $3.47/kg to go South. A dearer trend was noted with the quality lines of Heifers on hand. Light Bulls also met strong competition topping at $2.96/kg
